I am so jealous of all three of those things. Well, slightly less jealous of the chicken. Although it is a lovely chicken.
Wow the livingroom looks great, can't wait to see it in person. Sorry I missed out last Sunday, it was too complicated with the bricks and our out of town guest that I had forgotten was coming.
